Scott is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. His background also includes, but is not limited to, working in real estate development and the construction industry for more than 18 years.
He has also served as an Independent Consultant to public real estate development firms, private construction companies, as well as the regional controller and financial systems administrator for various companies. In addition, he holds an active NMLS license, providing lending services for residential and commercial clients
